Diagramma - Design Tools for animators and designers.
These are After Effects tools (JSX Plugins) and a web app I built for myself while working on real projects.
They solve small, specific problems that come up constantly in motion and design work: choosing colors that hold up, keeping brand palettes consistent, and designing layouts that survive social platforms.
I use them in production, and they help me every day. I’ve made them free on aescripts.com in the hope I can help fellow designers and animators.
Diagramma Color Palette Generator (web app)

Diagramma Color Palette Generator helps you build a color palette starting from a single color.
You choose a color relationship (monochromatic, complementary, analogous, etc.), then narrow things down visually. Once you select your final colors (up to eight), the tool shows:
You can also take a picture or choose an image from your photo library and use a color picker to pick any color from a photo.
Color palettes can be exported to numerous palette standards for Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Pro Create, and to Diagramma Brand Palette to import your colors to After Effects.

You can apply colors directly to layers in After Effects or export the palette to share. The point isn’t theory—it’s making color palettes that look good and work.
Diagramma Brand Color Palette

Diagramma Brand Color Palette is for working from brand guidelines.
You enter all the official brand colors once, then apply them to layers in any comp. Palettes can be reused and shared across projects, which helps keep things consistent when files move between people or over time.
It’s meant to remove the need to reference PDFs, notes, or old comps (over and over and over) just to get the right colors.
Diagramma Grids

Diagramma Grids creates standard layout grids with custom margins.
It also includes optional overlays for major social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat. The overlays show where platform UI and safe areas will sit on top of your video.
You can toggle them on and off while working, so you’re designing with the final platform in mind instead of guessing.
Axel Gimenez develops social-first stories that explore how people connect, learn, and build meaning in a digital world. Drawing from a background in motion design, product-focused storytelling, and documentary craft, he examines the ways technology, creativity, and culture shape each other and how clear, expressive visuals can help audiences understand what’s possible.
