Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time videographer/animator/designer?
The annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits. And, you may only sometimes have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you need help to utilize.
With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your retainer as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your videographer/animator/designer when you have work available for them.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you can add as many project requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my projects?
On average, most requests are completed in just three days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
How does the pause feature work?
You may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month. You may only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on a 21-day period (average working days in a month). For example, you sign up, use the service for 15 days, and then pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have six days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future. Pause can only be activated after a project is completed and before a new project is started. You cannot pause while a project is being worked on.
Are there any hidden costs?
In some instances, it makes sense to bring in a partner. Or the project requires additional out-of-pocket expenses. We will determine this on a per-project basis before any work begins and offer solutions that will not cost you anything extra. Some examples of extra costs can include expenses for a live-action shoot, such as travel, locations, crew, and actors. Voice over talent or if you want some stock footage or music that isn't part of our inclusive offering. There are ways to reduce or eliminate costs, and we can help you by offering alternatives if you are trying to have a super-lean budget.
How do I request projects?
Clients request projects via Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even record a brief video. You can also book a meeting and we can go over it together.
What if I don't like the design?
No problem! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you need additional design or animation. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
