It is a pleasure to e-meet you. Congrats on Hello Clarke. I love your work—especially the Komaza, Kinship, and City Harvest brand guidelines and icons. 

As Pilar mentioned, we have a working relationship lasting over a decade. Today, I own and operate a production company, AGBK, specializing in motion graphics and live-action video. 

AGBK works with agencies (GTO, BBDO, Edelman) and directly with brands (Amazon, Chobani). However, my sweet spot is working with smaller creative agencies like yours.

I met Sam Slaughter, a co-founder, just as Lighthouse launched. At the time, the agency specialized in writing content, blog posts & white papers for their clients. One day, a client asked if they do video. Sam brought me in as their video resource. We have a client/vendor relationship, he gave me an agency email, and I act as the face of the video department. 

Any branded content, animation, or live-action gets passed to me. I manage the client and do the work. AGBK has production insurance and payroll to handle all aspects of production, including managing project freelancers. I create a low-stress work environment and deliver projects on time and to high-quality standards.

At Lighthouse, project budgets typically range from $30K to $200K + 20% agency fee.

Over the last three years, I helped build Lighthouse's annual revenue from $1.5MM to $10MM.

From large agencies to design studios and direct to brand, I pride myself in doing great work and lifting partners to the success they strive for.
